That, in accordance with Article 23 of Law Organic Municipalities, Law No. 27972, any resident can apply for a reasoned and supported, the vacancy of mayor or council, before the municipal council or to the National Jury of Elections. In the latter case, moves the order to the respective municipal council, which notifies the affected and meets in special session no later than thirty (30) days.

1. Convene the date of completion of the special meeting, within a maximum of five (5) working days of notification of this.
